As
President of the new Tri-State Chevelle club, I already have done the same as
you and let Chevrolet know that Chevelles deserve just as much respect as
Camaros and Corvettes.
While
there, I registered our new club with Chevrolet in their club listings. I
noticed only a few others registered. They are taking their sweet time getting
ours online, but it hasn't been the full 3 weeks yet they ask before they post
it online.
With
the withdrawal of support from Chevellabration, I think it's critical that we
let them know they abandoned some very active Chevelle clubs. I hope other clubs
follow your lead and let Chevrolet know we are out here, very active, and that
we are gonna whip an Aretha Franklin on
them....R-E-S-P-E-C-T.
Hopefully more clubs will get registered there now that we are making the
site known, and Chevy will maybe take another look at their support of
Chevelles.

They asked for feedback on their website, here's what i sent them.....
I would like to see a Chevelle link along with the Camaro and Vette links.... rather than having it listed on the "other Classics". At any given show on any given day there are more Chevelles on the show field than the Camaros and Vettes combined!! Please give this some serious consideration. Thank you. Maybe a few more emails from presidents of clubs, as well as members of these clubs may let them know there are thousands of Chevelle's out there and get us a "real" link on the home page.
