Interesting thought. I will look at my car (the interior panels are not installed) and see if I can see anything like a pickup point. There are reinforced threaded holes for front shoulder belts in the roof in 1967 cars (and I bet 1966 as well), but this does not help for the rear. While you could use them for shourlder belts and do the car seat that way, I have nevel like the fit of any shoulder harness I have tried using these holes.
