I would never use it for any car floor pan. That's a structure point. Absolutely NOT acceptable for that application. It does make a good patching technique for an exterior panel, but that is as far as it goes. My comment, "I don't know if he would use it on floorpans, though." , was not supposed to suggest that it could ever be an acceptable alternative to proper welding and sealing of the floor panels, just a comment I should not have typed.
