i have j.c.taylor on my chevelle for 4yrs now. i have covered for 28,000. have had no claims with them
but never had any problems with service or having coverage bumped up.

    I received a quote from J. C. Taylor Insurance and Hagerty Insurance.  They quoted me $139.00 for $100M of insurance and $169.00 for $300M.  I first submitted my car value at $15,000 and later change it to what Erie has it appraised at, $18,350.  I'm paying $307.00 at Erie. 
    Erie has always been good to me, so I'm trying to make sure that I'll receive the same from the other two companies if, God forbids, I ever have a claim. If you know of anyone ever actually had to deal with either of these two companies let me know how they treated you.  Thanks

Is 307.00 yearly. I am with State Farm and have full coverage so I know that it will be more, but I pay over 500.00 yearly. Also, this is blue book value for my 71 Chevelle. I have to have the car appraised to cover the real value. Now that I think about this, 500.00+ for blue book on my 71 Chevelle is too high. I need to call and ask some questions don't you think??

     What insurance does the list recommend.  I'm paying 307.00 which I think too much for Collision and Comp.
