I really hope all turns out ok John.
You & yours will be in our thoughts & prayers.

Very funny. What I'm sure of is that I worked in Philadelphia today and just got home about an hour ago to find out that my sister in law (whose house I am supposed to be having dinner at tomorrow) was admitted to the hospital tonight with a possible heart attack (at age 40). So, maybe while you guys are having your turkey tomorrow you can hope that I'm having some too, and not sitting in a hospital waiting room or dealing with even worse news.

As some of the guys here know, I have been a professional photographer for the past 15-20 years. I photograph lots of celebrities in their homes. I've even photographed George Bush in the oval office. For a short time I lived in Charlotte, and I got lots of assignments photographing the NASCAR drivers for various magazines. When Ernie Irvan's mom was in the hospital at Charlotte Medical Center, I had a house right around the corner in Myers Park. I got to be pretty friendly with Ernie & Kim in particular because they were often in the neighborhood visiting his mom.

You lucky guy...

p.s. Rusty's house is also on Lake Norman, right down the street from Peter Guild, who builds engines for many of the teams, and is another great guy. All of the NASCAR people I've met have been very friendly.
