Mikey,
I used Semi Gloss Black Engine Enamel on my 65 bezel. Make sure it is clean, and spray it with quality primer first.
Worked fine for me....

Subject: [Chevelle-List] Dash Bezel Reconditioning

Well I decide to use the 69 Bezel I have and although it is a very good condition piece (I pulled it from a salvage yard for 20 bucks...few cracks by the bolt holes and radio has not been cut out...although I want to cut it to mount some aftermarket gauges). I would like to repaint it. I have seen the flexible primers and I know of the paint pen trick on the silver parts (anyone know a source for these?). I was wondering if I can can just spray on a fresh coat of black spray paint or does it need to be a special paint to adhere or to resist cracking? I don't really care about the 100% original shade of black really.  Any advice would sure be appreciated. Thanks

Mikey
