I just bought this crate engine http://www.sallee-chevrolet.com/ChevySmallBlockV8s/325.html a month ago with option "V" for 375 horse. The option "V" includes the ZZ4 H.O.T. cam and GM 1.6 self aligning roller rockers. The vavle covers that came on my engine are the standard black ones and there's no clearance issues.
Sallee Chevrolet lists the rockers at $290.00 GM part #: 12370839 GMParts Direct has them for $261.33 (including a good description of their use and application) I don't have any experience with other brands as these are my first roller rockers. You might try doing a search in Chevelle Tech. I know there are some horror stories in there. Hope that helps.
