Older ('60s and early '70s) Q-Jets sometimes have leaky fuel well plugs; the
fix is to scuff up the plugs and coat them with epoxy. I've used JB Weld with
good results so far.
Some rebuild kits come with a piece of foam that's designed to stop the leaking
but I've heard that over time it can harden and distort the throttle body
casting.
