Well, I thought I knew where the instructions were
for the rotisserie. I'll find them this week end and send them to all who wanted
them.

I
just finished building one. It was a piece of cake. The steel
was $178 all cut and ready to go. The worst part is drilling all the
holes. If you want pictures let me know. I did make a little
adjustment, added 2 hyd cyl to raise and lower it on the
uprights.

Would you send those plans to a South Carolinan?

The fastest, safest and best way to
strip a car is acid dip. It will cost about the same as media
blasting. Maybe a little more. They don't use sand. Sandblasting is
one of those universal words everyone uses to describe what they
want done. They do sandblast the frame, I'll get mine done this
spring. Acid dipping will get in every nook and cranny and remove
EVERYTHING. Rust, grease, paint, sealer, etc. But you get back
virgin looking steel. They bake it in an oven to melt and loosen
everything then dip it and then it is run through a neutralizing
bath. Just had mine done and I couldn't be happier with it.
The solid floors I thought I had...... well their not so solid. I
have to replace two small sections in front. Right where the air
conditioner was. I had a Mustang media blasted once and it turned
out to be a nightmare. It will punch holes in weaker metal even if
there are no holes there now.

Typically, How much does it cost to
have a body sand blasted? I'm trying to decide if i want to rent a
Rotissorie (sp?) and do it my self, of just let somebody else do
it.
Thanks,
