Greetings, I'm looking at a set of Hedman Elite Headers for the big block in my 1967 SS 396 and was wondering if anyone knew how to tell if a power steering box is a Saginaw unit? Hedman's website indicates the 64-67 Chevelle big block headers won't fit vehicles with Saginaw power steering boxes. Personally, I don't really see how a P/S box could be a problem on a 66-67 Chevelle - the only header tube that comes close is no. 1 and my current no name headers have no problem getting by the P/S box. Does anybody have any insight on this or have a set of Hedman 1-3/4" headers or equivalent brand on their big block?
