The headlight buckets and retaining rings are the same. You would need the grill, the grill extensions, the moldings for the grill & extensions, the grill emblem, and the headlight doors (bezels). I'm pretty sure that's everything for the grill. If you really want to go "whole hog" you'll need to also replace the bumper and "parking lamps".
