Clint, I've search the Internet for a 69 Elky with white stripes and can't find one. Most of the 69 Elkys don't have the stripes at all. Found a couple with black but don't think that'd look good on the dark body you have. Did find a place that sells them; black, white, blue and red (http://www.phoenixgraphix.com/gm/1969ecss.htm)
