I'm hoping for some words of comfort here, but yesterday I had to run out to the garage to get some tools, and when walking by my 327 heads, I accidentally knocked one over. I had them standing on end on the floor, so it simply tipped over and fell on the side where the springs and studs are. I will be changing the springs out this week, and the rocker arms weren't on there, so I'm not worried about those. BUT, does anyone know if that impact would have been enough to crack the head in any way? They are original cast iron double-humps. God I hope not.
