[Chevelle-List] Rear Control Arm Bushings Question

I'm in the process of replacing the Rear Control Arm Bushings on my 69.  I just drill out the old rubber bushings and all that remains of the old ones are the metal housings.  Can someone give me any ideas on how to crush and remove them without damaging the arms?  Thanks.  I'm also thinking of boxing the Lower control arms.  I do not have a rear sway bar but would like to have it ready to install one later.  Can anyone give me measurements on the locations of the holes.  Thanks for any help.   Craig
