That alternator is out of a Full Size Passenger, Biscayne, BelAir, or, Caprice, with A/C, H/D ouput, K-85 option, or?? Chevelle, Monte Carlo, W/HD Cooling, K85 option. No other vehicles are listed as having that Alt. for the 72 model year. It is a 63 AMP, Good Luck, and is not correct for your car!!
