Damage?  I drove my big block Chevelle for almost a year without the
pump hooked up with no apparent damage; just very stiff. :*)

Is anyone out there running a small block ,short water pump
with power
steering and headers?
I just had my second home  made power steering bracket snap!
What are you guys using  for brackets ? How much damage can I
do. driving with the power steering non
functional(not including my wrists )
