I would look into the FAST systems. They are by far the best systems on the Market IMO. Check them out at http://www.fuelairspark.com The Holley port system is nice, but doesn't allow you the multiple injector firing/driving options like the FAST system.

Although it depends on what you plans are... you can do a lot with the GM tpi setup if you want to make a mild to semi wild small block. Places like TPIS, Street and Performance, etc. make swapping a snap and have numerous high performance upgrades. Personally for a fun street car a 406 with a tpi unit on it would make a extremely reliable daily driver and make gobs of torque! The stock tpi components will run out of breath at about 4500 rpm, but if you wish for more high rpm at the expense of torque... you can get a mini ram or aftermarket runners. You can also even burn your own chips and do your own programming. Last idea.... is you can run a t-body on a carb style manifold that is drilled and tapped for injectors. I believe Holley offers some intakes already drilled and tapped. Just add the other tpi parts and you have port injection without the rpm restrictions of the tpi runners.

Thanks James!

I have been thinking about getting a multi-port fuel injection system for awhile now (before I decided to get rid of the current engine).  Does anyone have any recommendations on manufacturers?  Holley and Edelbrock are the only main ones I could find.

HEY RUSTY, YOU SHOULD GO WITH A FUEL INJECTION, PREFERABLY  MULTI PORT,  LET A COMPUTER CHIP RUN THE ENGINE, IT WILL PAY FOR IT SELF IN THE LONG RUN,  TOO BAD ABOUT THE WRECK IT WAS PAINFUL TO LOOK AT THE PIC, NOT TO MENTION YOUR BACK AND NECK,    GOOD LUCK DUDE
