Tom did you call them up and complain? Fiberglass is not that easy to work with. Especially when you try to paint it. I am in the Navy and I did fiberglass repair for 3 years. Its very porrous unlike what people think. It is not good that they sent you such bad peices but I would think that they would take the pieces back and send you some replacements.
