We tried the nametag thing a few years back... turned out to be quite a hassle with all the last-minute changes people have and don't tell you about. We ended up handwriting about half of them, which took somebody off another job that needed to be done. We just don't have the people to allocate someone just to do the nametags. Great idea, especially if you give 'em the tag and let them fill it out....
