oh well here is my 2 cents. it seems to me when you buy a place you should check to see if there is an agreement. my agreement states no cars parked in front of home for extended period, no company vehicles (signs on vehicle) , lawn kept up etc. i live in a small group of nice homes and even though i have tons of contracting equipment, cars, boats etc. I can honestly say my driveway -yard-etc is the best maintained. I myself don't want to see wrecked cars sitting for a long length of time. I think a little talk with thy neighbor may help resolve a long lasting conflict. many cities have code enforcement's that can ticket and/or remove a vehicle if left parked in one spot over a certain time period. Pissin the neighbor off may find the car in worse shape that it already is.
