New SS I just got home from Phoenix where I purchased a 1971 SS Convertible. It's a 350 with factory air, power windows, seat, locks and electric trunk release. It has a crate motor and all the numbers for paint, etc. check out. Finally after 2 years of looking everyday and 15 years of kicking myself, there it sits in my driveway. So, everything couldn't go perfect, I went to start it up this morning and it sounded weird, plug wire was off. I asked my son to shut the car off. Replaced the wire, and then when I went to start it, the key just spun. No ignition. Guess I will have to hotwire it. But, it still looks good!!!
