I've got about an 1 1/2" clearance between my fan and raditor with my long pump. Does your belt system take up some space or do you have a thicker raditor (mine is 2 3/4" think)?

All the welds are look perfect and my fans fit the shroud perfect. So far I'm very happy with it, but as always, the final verdict will come after I drive it with the a/c running on a hot day.
