I have Metco billet aluminum control arms on our 69, they look great and fit well but I have a problem with wheel hop. They came with a kit to change the mounting point of the lowers but I didn't install it. I have since read that I should have since the car is lowered, I will do it this winter. The uppers are adjustable to change pinion angle, they came set to factory specs and thats where I have them now.
The odd thing is that I have the same bars on my 95 Impala SS, it has air ride,( as in lower than the Chevelle) and it has no problem with wheel hop at all even though it has similar suspension design.
