I did notice that one of the terminals on the cap was kinda loose.... Have you checked for vapor lock? Do you have a carb isolator? Lines too close to the manifold? Cracked distributor that acts up when warm?...cracked fuel lines near the tank? Mine did the same thing, found a cracked rubber fuel line. Its fixed now. ;-Diane
