Reverse flow or reverse rotation? Kent mentioned serpentine belt setups but AFAIK those use reverse rotation pumps and the coolant path is still the same as the one for a standard rotation pump.
TTBOMK the '93-97 LT1 V-8 is the only Chevy engine that has a reversed coolant path.
