Like in everything.. there are more then one way to Skin a Cat...
Most guys . the train of thought to rear housing gasket,, have that be a
Cover or a pumpkin
Carrier.. is to Throw away the gasket , just like you do the little rubber
one's that come in the intake gasket set.
And use a bead of RED RTV around the parameter and each hole...
Now this practice my vary....in area ..
