[Chevelle-list] Trans opinion needed

What is anyone have to say about a 5 speed trans in 84 Camaro's.  There is a
rough one for sale for $1200 locally and the add states that the engine and
trans are good but needs bodywork.  Opinions PLEASE Thanks
