They bolt up under the driver's side fender. Although you can't see the horns in this picture http://www.team67.com/67velle/engines/engine-right.jpg, if you look straight up the picture from the radiator, you'll see the two bolts that hold the horns in. Just to the top left of each bolt is an alignment tab for each horn bracket as well.
