I used Tirerack.com to look at and compare tires for my Chevelle as well.
Include Firestone Indy 500's in there on the comparison and check out how
they compare with the others.
I went with the Firestone 500's myself. I haven't had them on the road yet,
but they sure look good. Warrantee and ratings are outstanding.
I have 235/60 R15 on front and 295/50 R15 on back.

Due to a tire being slashed I am in the market for a
set of new front tires for my car. Currently I have
BFG T/A's on it 235/60x15 front and 255/60x15 in the
back. I am a fairly agressive driver but I am on a
budget and need these to last a minimum 30000 miles...
By then I should be ready to upsize on this car. These
