The 1969 396-350 HP hydraulic lifter cam had a .461 intake lift, .480 exhaust lift, 350 intake duration, 352 exhaust duration and a 1.70 rocker ratio. The part number was #3883986 and the casting number was #3883944.
The heads #3964290 had a 2.06 intake and a 1.72 exhaust. the combustion chamber was 100.967 cc.
Notes:
This cylinder head is identical with #3931063 except that the spark plug seat was changed to the tapered , "peanut" type. This head was also used in the 1970 model year. It is possible, due to late model releases in 1970, that two cylinder heads could have close or matching casting dates and be tapped for different spark plug seats. Look closely at these heads. Casting symbol: straight casting flashing.
