Hi all, Geez, I am like a giddy little kid!
Thanks for the suggestions for last weekend's nightmare of my head gaskets leaking. I put down new head/intake gaskets last night along with the thread sealer, and fired it up this morning. Perfection! No leaks!! I ran it for 3 runs, ~ 10 mins each. Basically just running it through strides between 1,500 and 2,000 RPM. Even though it's not timed, I can definitely feel the "lope" of the cam. My wife video taped the initial firing and the first run. Once I can get this Hi-8 converted to MPEG, I will get it up on http://www.projectchevelle.com/ .
