Shouldn't be much damage if any.  I caught the H2O/oil mix after about 20
minutes of run time.  I was just warming it up to adjust the valves. It was
just a tiny bit of water.  After the fix action, I'll do an oil change, and
run her for a few minutes, and then do another oil change.  That should
clear it out.
