You'll be fine with the same plug but you can open up the gap to .045" or .050" to effect a larger spark.

Hi Everyone......I recently switched from a points distributor to an Hei system on my 327.Should a person switch to a hotter spark plug as well.I am running the stock ac delco R44s in there right now.Will the Hei system burn out those stock plugs..???...Was just wondering ........Thanx....John
