To further distill what the others have said, this looks like a 1968 truck 327. According to my MSA-1 books the 3914678 block was used from '68-79 and the YS code indicates a '66-68 truck 327. The RPO was L-77, it was rated at 240 HP with a Q-Jet, and was attached to a manual transmission in a 20 (3/4 ton) or 30 (1 ton) series truck. Is the casting date from late '67 to mid '68?
