Double check the C number. The "8" could be an "E", as the over the counter replacement block from a dealer would have a "CE" prefix. My 327 replacement motor (now dead) in the Corvette was "CE8 63680 HV". Although since I had the engine suffix as part of the CE number, and yours is part of the factory/date stamp, your is likely out of a vehicle.
TKR is a 350 engine from a 1980 C10, K10, C20, or K20 Truck according to this site: www.73-87.com/7387stuff/engineid.htm Brad Waller ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) '66 Convertible | 327/dead | 4-speed | Wilwood Brakes | 245/45/16 BFGs '67 Chevelle | ex-SS396 | 355/700R4 | '79 F-Body Brakes > -----Original Message----- > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of 65ss.com > Sent: Friday, February 27, 2004 7:05 AM > To: The Chevelle Mailing List > Subject: Re: [Chevelle-list] motor id > > > Ok.
