The problem I had with them was trying to spend a $50 gift certificate my in-laws got me. The guy would not give me the 10% once he found out that I was using that to pay for some of it. I really think it was more the guy on the line, not their policy (I never checked). I'm sure they would not allow the 10% off when buying a gift certificate.
