I use total choice web hosting, and get 300 megs of
space, and 5.5 gigs of transfer each month, for 45 bucks a year..

Most of the time your internet provider
will give you some free webspace. Check with them first, they
usually have some basic, yet decent tutorials. If you want
massive amounts of pictures, and what not, you might want to look into
getting your hosting package for $5-$15 a month (plus $8 year for a
domain). This will not only get you webspace, but an email
account that will never change no matter who you have internet
through. Most of my friends have email through my domain.
That way they keep the same email address no matter what.
