Charles, The screws you will see all the way around it's perimeter are all that holds it in. You will have to unplug everything behind it, unscrew your speedo cable, radio etc. The steering column makes it a tight fit so it does help to loosen the bolts under the dash that hold the column up. Not a bad job.
