I haven't bought the new radiator and fans,yet,but was planning to use a similar set-up like Herb Lumpp is using on his 66 El Camino. He's using a Ron Davis radiator with dual Spal fans. Maybe Herb will see this topic and offer some input. That set-up was bought to work in the heat of an Arizona summer. I too am considering the electric fan change over soon. I was told that a 300hp car needs about 3000 cfm to keep it cool. (Florida summer with AC) What size dual fans do you plan on using? I have my eye on a Spal dual 11� setup 2750 air flow. Do you think that setup will be enough to cool my engine with an aluminum radiator?
