[Chevelle-list] anodized

Hello:   Would like some feedback on how others are treating the anodized aluminum on their Chevelles or El Caminos. I am restoring a 1968 SS El Camino and from Canada the people I have talked to either have the part chrome plated or completely stripped and then polished. The parts in question are the headlight bezels, hockey stick moldings and the belt line trim. Can anyone shed some light on how others are treating these? Any help would be greatly appreciated   Thanks   Randy.
