Hi J.D.,   I too have Hagerty (for about 5 yrs) and they've been very good to me.  In fact, I bumped into someone with my Vette and they told me to take it to the body shop of my choice and to send them the bill.  The best part is they didn't raise my premium because "these things happen" was what they told me.  Imagine that! Stewart Sent: Sunday, April 11, 2004 10:33 AM To: The Chevelle Mailing List Subject: [Chevelle-list] Insurance     Just wanted to give some compliments to a fantastic insurance company.  Hagerty Insurance (www.hagerty.com) insured my 72 SS a month ago.  The first time I drove the car 4 days later, I had a pheasant fly through the grill, obliterating it.  :>(     I felt guilty calling in a claim that was a few dollars more than the check I just sent in, but the people I talked to were very friendly and helpful.  There's a $0 deductible and they were even going to pay $25/hour to replace the grille.  I was just happy to get a new grille (from Ground Up), and put it in myself.     I was holding off posting this until everything was done.  I got the check yesterday.  This is an amazing company in a sector which is full of non-caring insurance companies.  The price is right, the terms are better and the customer service is best.   J.D.
