If any of you guys want to learn to weld, and you are passing thru central KY, I will be glad to teach you and I can teach you quicker and much easier than any class because we would be working on a specific technique (body, frame, etc.) I have been certified on pipe and structural welding for 20 years and own my own welding company. I would be glad to help out or answer questions for any of you on the list simply because of the help you all have given me.
I am not a body man in any way, but have mastered all types of welding and pretty much all applications. Thanks.

Matt,

I enrolled in an ROP autobody class here in San Diego that runs at night.
First thing they teach is how to mig weld. If they can teach me, anyone can
be taught!

Larry

One thing I've always wanted to learn is how to weld. I don't personally know anyone that can weld and once I looked into a vocational course, but it wouldn't work around my schedule. But that would be cool. I envy all you guys that are skilled welders.
