Ain't that the truth! If your spouse isn't supportive, you may as well just forget about it. I am lucky in that respect. Last year I thought about selling my 66 off and try to find something later, but she wouldn't hear of it. Then she told me I could do whatever I wanted to it as long as it's within the budget, on the condition that I build her her own Chevelle. Not bad, I went from nearly having no project, to having two "approved" projects lined up!
I try to do everything that I am able, and try to learn everything else as I go. I don't think I will do any frame modifications or body painting (same reason as Matt.) But I will tackle just about anything else. Give me a manual or instructions that are reasonably correct, and I can usually figure out how something goes together. Like others, my next thing to learn is welding. As for my "new" cars, maintenance I do completely, but if something goes poof, AAA towing takes it to the pros! ;) - James --- Krister Meister <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > > > > I'm with Matt.
