Funny you should ask.  I just saw an episode of Trucks TV where he
demonstrated a few tools, and one was a tubing bender where he bent up
some square tubing.  It is listed as a "Hand pipe bender" from Heck
Industries (http://www.heckind.net/).  I don't see it on their site, but
you could call them:
