I agree Clint..... I too was a fan of monster garage until that episode... totally destroying an El Camino is a sin in itself.... but to bring back the former owner of the car and show him what you have done to it is a huge slap in the face.... especially after you bought the car under false pretense.  Yes, I know some will say he bought the car and has every right to do with it what he pleases... but I bet you if the former owner had known what he was going to do with the car... he would have never sold it to him. Don't know the guy personally, but he sure looks like a real jerk!!  May be just to raise the ratings of the show.........IMO   Donnie
