They should attach under the existing bezel (headlight retaining ring) with 
the same screws. That's how they fit on my '64 Bel Air.

OK I have the half moon bezels I am putting on my 64 skylark
NOW how do ya put them on.
with glue , 2 sidded tape ,velcro , I tried removeing the grill but nothing
WHATS NEXT ???? HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!
