I use "Black Chrome" vinyl and rubber dressing by Turtle Wax. Really shines
and cleans and seems to last well. Need to buff it well with a dry cloth after
it dries or it, too, will run like Jeff points out.

I use silicon gel for vinyl tops it last the longest and makes the tops
look great but when you wash the car it runs down the windows but the top
looks great.
