Mark,   Make sure that all the horn parts are present under the button. This consists of a cup, 3 screw insulator, cup spring and 3 screws. I have not found a second source for the RPO NK4, 4 spoke plastic wheel horn parts. The contact kit (spring and contact) can be gotten at Danchuck. It cost me $4 and came in the GM baggie.
