Water Wetter *says* that they have the full complement of corrosion
inhibitors and lubrication for the water pump.  You can sometimes also
find the additive package as a standalone, but I can't remember the name
of the product.

I know someone who tested for them and used pure water and water wetter.
He did go through a radiator or two while they were perfecting the
product, and I believe that it is safe now.

If you are nervous, use 20%-30% antifreeze and you should be covered.
