I have a picture of an orange 69 with white interior (#791 - bucket seats) and the headliner is white. Carpet, dash, rear package tray, etc are black. Unfortunately, it doesn't show the detail of the headliner as the picture is more of the rear seat and the headliner just happen to get into the shot but I'd bet it's ribbed.
